Here’s a brief background profile for context to give you an idea of where I come from and where we are going.

I studied Vedanta, Yoga, and Kashmir Shaivism under the direct tutelage of Swami Muktananda during the last 8 years of his life. This includes intensive study of the mind, mantra, meditation and kundalini through the non-dual tantric scriptures and daily personal practice. At his direction, I began teaching meditation and yoga philosophy in 1976. In the 45 years since then I’ve grounded and stabilized my practice which is firmly established in the ancient Siddha tradition.

The Awakened Meditation™ course draws on 2500+ years of recorded yogic tradition learned through close instruction while living, studying, and practicing for years in India with yoga masters through the traditional student-teacher relationship.
